I want to improve my english.
Some said that you do not get influency by reading text books,by going to english schools,by studying grammar rules. They said “LISTENING” is the key. To get english fluency, you must have a lot of understandable,repetitive and listening. They said, that is the only way to Learn English with your “EARS … not your “EYES”..In other words, you must listen. Your ears are the key to excellent speaking. Which one do I believe? I need a teacher that can teach me to improve my english.

I think it would be good to qualify the extent and goal you have set for yourself.
1. Do you want to learn to read more that you speak or visa-versa?
2. Do you want to have a highly “Active Vocabulary” or sound good?
3. Do you want to be able to write well, or pronounce words well?
4. Are you interested in any specific “dialect”?
Questions like these are paramount if you are sincere about learning to read, write and speak and understand English well.
I would suggest a “step-by-step” goal and work on one step at a time.
I personally know of several sure fire methods to Learn English well. How serious you are is another matter.
Paramount to your success may even be your present domicile and your means of procuring tutoring, eg. the Internet, telephone, etc.
What is your native tongue?
May I point out that the word English is considered a proper word and should be capitalized.
