Software Testing for a person from non IT background?

How tough the course would be for a person from a non IT background?I have a Bacheors degree in English and I want to do Software Testing course in Bangalore.
Which are the best Institutes for software testing in Bangalore?Are SQTL and STG good ones?Shall I do any preparatory course before the enrollment to the software testing course?
I think I must know the basics of Programming.Could anyone recommend the sites for learning ‘C Programming’ for beginners?Any online video lessons for free?
Iam planning for June intake.Please advice me to take a right decision.Please share your experiences with the institutes for Software Testing study in Bangalore.

I don’t know this course you’re referring to, but study IT here in England. I think you’ll find it exteremely tedious, programming is a very laborious job. At first it may seem like those involved are geniuses, but in reality it comes with practice, a whole lot of boring practice.
