Do you know of any good free online downloads of lessons of English as a second language?
My father is learning english for the very first time. He’s 55 and his brain is wired a certain way so he’s finding it hard. I would like to refer him to any basic and helpful online tutorials, hopefully with audio so he can keep the accent down as much as possible. I was thinking of vocabulary lessons, with words matchable to figures, and audio clips for pronounciation.
Anything else good and free, on grammar, vocab, pronounciation, is welcome.

Go to Itunes and search for language lessons in the podcasts. They have lots for ESL, and they are free! He can download them to an mp3 player or just listen to them on the computer.
