If you want to watch television, go to http://www.beelinetv.com don’t get freaked out that the top languages on the website aren’t russian, you have to scroll down a bit. It doesn’t have all the Russian channels, but it has a couple good ones.

You could also try http://www.russianpod101.com that’s pretty useful.

If you want someone to give you free lessons you can try http://www.friendsabroad.com you get to speak to the natives. It’s okay if you like to chat.
