I learned english with mexican teachers who went to USA.. I cannot go to any country.. and how many years it will take to be a totally speaker or always I will have mistakes or I need to live in the country?
thanks for understanding my question.. long history.
You say that you are qualified to be an English teacher, but unfortunately, I don’t think you are prepared. Even in this post I see many mistakes (spelling, grammatical, literal translations…).
There are two main ways to learn to avoid these. Listening to songs though, is not one of them. In music, people are allowed to change the language so it can fit the rhythm and rhyme. But listening to authentic speech is a better idea. For example, download episodes of your favorite American TV series and find subtitles that are also in English. This way you can hear and read at the same time. If you watch an episode 2-3 times, you will remember whole sentences that you can later use without mistakes.
Another way (but much slower and more difficult) is to make your own texts when writing/speaking. I say “more difficult” because you can never be sure if something is correct if you haven’t heard an American/Englishman use it. For example, here you wrote “long history”. “History” is a subject at school. You mean long “story”. I speak Bulgarian and we have the same word for “story” and “history” so I know how easy you can make this mistake. So, the second way is to check absolutely every thing you are not sure about. Yahoo Answers is one place, here you can write texts and ask if you have mistakes.
Also this dictionary is very good -> http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/british/
It has whole-sentence examples for every word and you can memorize the whole sentences. This way you will know when you can use a word and use it ONLY THEN.
The biggest problem with English is that is has many, many synonyms for every word. They can all mean the same thing but you can’t replace one with another. There is usually only 1 or 2 correct words for each topic, no logic why! You just have to hear it and remember.
