Could you proofread my awkward sentences below?
The last time I went there, they even don’t know what the real problem is and continuously said some parts have to be replaced by new one.
I’m really upset they couldn’t offer a free replacement for it because my warranty had expired.
I think there must be serious mechanical defect with the product from the first.
So I would like you to understand this special occasion and have my mp3 player replaced by the new one or fixed free of charge.
