‘Happy twenty first birthday!, your on the slippery slope down now and will start dreading the next birthday to come!’
Please could not use online translators as i know they are terrible at arabic. Many Thanks in Advance.
That can’t be translated into arabic word for word, for a start, there is no exact translation for happy birthday
