Sony Ericsson, the leading brand in international market, launches its Arabic version at GTEX Technology Week, 2007. Specially made to attract Arab market, the latest P1 smart phone already has become the news for mobile users. This P1 mobile supports lots of significant features that were not so common before. It also enables a full Arabic support with several impressively interactive features altogether.

The P1 smart phone from Sony Ericsson has a wide number of excellent features including Arabic handwriting recognition. It easily recognizes between different Arabic handwritings. It also offers a virtual keyboard featuring Arabic language. The mobile contains Arabic menus along with Arabic multi-tab functions. All of these features get enabled even when you send any message in Arabic languages. This wonderful phone also features a Hijri calendar as well as the prayer time also comes as alert notification. The Kebla direction for the Mecca is also depicted in this phone very precisely. The phone also contains a complete Arabic to English as well as English to Arabic dictionary in it.
